Pronouns: She/Her About Me: Health and fitness has been an important part of my life for as long as I can remember! I graduated from college with a degree in Psychology, so mental health is just as important to me as physical health. After taking my first [solidcore] class and realizing it was not only catered to making you stronger physically, but mentally too, I knew I had to join the team.

I’m all about motivating others to become the best versions of themselves, and [solidcore] allows me to do just that. My classes will be filled with encouragement, support in all areas, and good music! I hope to see you under blue lights!
