About me: I’m a Northern Virginia native that found herself loving life in the south with her two fur-babies (Joe and Dori). I’ve lived in Charlotte, NC for almost 6 years and been obsessed with Solidcore for around 2 years.

After being a competitive swimmer all my life, I was searching for a new and challenging way to work out that ideally still involved an individual aspect paired with a supportive team environment. Solidcore has not only given me a new community, new friends, and a way to work out - but a sense of empowerment and strength that I hope I can help others find when they come to class!
