About me: I first fell in love with group fitness about 7 years ago and have tried so many different types! When I took my first [solidcore] class in 2022 while visiting my mom in Lexington, KY, I was seriously humbled! I couldn’t believe how challenging it was start to finish!! [solidcore] always makes me feel so strong, even on days I’m not feeling my best. I can’t wait to help YOU become the strongest version of yourself under the blue lights.
