<p class="p1">About me: My name is Haley Held and I was born and raised in Pittsburgh. I fell into fitness in the form of yoga.

I was searching for a group fitness class that would help compliment my yoga practice and build strength. [Solidcore] was love at first class.

I continued coming back and started noticing how much stronger I felt.
