About me: 

SD farm girl born and raised, I have been involved in sports for most of my life; basketball, volleyball, softball, horse showing, competitive square bale stacking (kidding...sort of!), cycling; I've tried it all! In college I was an inaugural member of the Division 1 Women's Equestrian team at South Dakota State and during my 4 years on the team received multiple strength and conditioning awards and still hold a few records today. Today, I am still highly active in the Dressage world and compete with my horse in the upper levels of the sport. I fell in love with [solidcore] after moving to MN from Denver & Seattle. [solidcore] was the perfect addition to my active lifestyle. It challenges me in a way no other workout can and the community that comes along with it is bar none!

Biking, climbing, paddle boarding, boxing, traveling, hiking; I am an adventure junkie and constantly on the go. I love trying something completely new and out of my comfort zone.
