About me: After growing up in the suburbs of Philadelphia (Go Birds!), I moved to North Carolina to attend Wake Forest University. Being a graduate during COVID-19, I moved back home and got my certification in Group Fitness Instruction.

While I've been teaching group fitness for 3+ years, I moved to Austin in early 2023 and am so excited to continue coaching at [solidcore].
