About me: Brooklyn-born, Baltimore-raised, and currently loving life in Virginia. Psychology undergraduate of Univ.

of Maryland College Park, and earned a master's degree in Education and Human Development from George Washington University. Presently using my passion and education at the National Center for Children's Rehabilitation at MedStar, and Children's National Hospital.

Family is everything, and health is wealth. A firm believer that a good book, hot tea, and facial treatments are essential items.

When I'm not reading, working out, running, improving my skincare regimen, or trying a new recipe, I like to sit outside and enjoy nature with my son. He is my heart, my absolute favorite workout partner, and my biggest (and smallest) cheerleader.
