About me: Originally from rural Georgia, I moved to California 10 years ago to dance and enjoy the great outdoors! I discovered [solidcore] on it's opening day here in LA and was hooked ever since. As a dancer and artist, being able to workout in a positive, energizing environment while also being low impact AND incredibly effective - it was meant to be!
