Idaho, It’s Your Turn

[solidcore] Meridian opens this October at the Village at Meridian, off Eagle Road, and it's the first studio in the state. Which is good timing, because ski season arrives whether your legs are ready or not.

New to [solidcore]? Our coach-led, 50-minute classes use slow, controlled resistance training on our custom reformer-inspired machine to take your muscles all the way to failure. It's boutique fitness built around one goal: creating the strongest version of you.

‍

Where to find [solidcore] Meridian

You'll find us at 3289 E Longwing Ln, Suite 110, Meridian, ID 83646, in the new expansion at the Village at Meridian, just off Eagle Road. We're in good company. The expansion brings Apple, Pottery Barn, Gorjana, Tecovas, and Alo and Vuori next door, plus Capital Grille, Flower Child, and Paris Baguette for whatever you want after class.

There will be free parking directly in front of the studio lobby doors as well as larger free parking lots to the north and south of the studio building.

Our address says Meridian, and the whole Treasure Valley is a short drive: Eagle, Boise, Kuna, Star, Garden City, and Nampa.

‍

Why Meridian

Nobody lives here to stay inside. The Ridge to Rivers system runs more than 190 miles of trail, the foothills are a short drive from the studio door, and Bogus Basin opens as soon as the snow allows. Settlers Park and Kleiner Park are minutes from us.

We're the training ground for all of it. Strength is built over time and under tension, so the work you start in October is the work you feel on the mountain in December and on the Greenbelt in the summer..(Training for a race? Start with Run Stronger: how [solidcore] builds the strength behind every stride.) And whatever stage you're training through (pregnancy ⋅ postpartum ⋅ coming back from an injury), our coaches will meet you where you are.

‍

Meet your head coach, Maclaine.

Maclaine Thornqvist leads the Meridian team as Head Coach and Community Manager. Maclaine has been coaching group fitness for over five years and has been with [solidcore] for over a year. She loves the feeling of community and empowerment from each [solidcore] class she takes. She strives to create an uplifting and welcoming environment where everyone feels seen and encouraged during class.

Your first class

Never taken [solidcore] before? Book a Starter50, our beginner-focused format that breaks down the machine and the movements at a slower pace. Here's the full guide to choosing your first class. Fair warning: your muscles will shake. That's not a bug. It's the whole point, and here's the science behind it. Once you're hooked, here's how often to come back.
