Cancellation Policy

Due to a limited number of spaces available, you can change or cancel your class up to 10 hours before the class starts. If you cancel within the 10-hour window, no-show for class, or arrive 5+ minutes late for class, you will lose your class credit. If you are unlimited, you will be charged a late cancellation fee per class late-canceled. Monthly unlimited members: if this is your first late cancellation in a 30-day period, it will be waived. Learn more about membership perks here. New Client 2-week Unlimited Clients: no perks apply, and all fees are valid. Please note we cannot give refunds.

Canceling a reservation

1. Sign into your account

2. Go to “My Info” > “My Schedule”

3. Click “Cancel” next to the class you wish to cancel
