Winter Park has never had an off-season. Rollins College has rowed the chain of lakes since 1903, the Cady Way Trail fills in before sunrise, and Park Avenue is a main street built for walking rather than parking. As of November, it has somewhere to build the strength all of that runs on.
New to [solidcore]? Our coach-led, 50-minute classes use slow, controlled resistance training on our custom reformer-inspired machine to take your muscles all the way to failure. It's boutique fitness built around one goal: creating the strongest version of you.

You'll find us at 1311 Minnesota Avenue, Suite B, Winter Park, FL 32789, inside Minnesota Row, just off Orlando Avenue behind the Hollieanna Shopping Center and its Publix, about a mile northwest of Park Avenue.
Minnesota Row is the former Winter Park Business Center, now in the middle of a multi-million dollar rebuild into a walkable, 18-hour district: new façades, new landscaping, a central pedestrian green, and roughly 40,000 square feet of restaurants and retail arriving alongside us. A town this walkable deserves a studio you can walk to.
For parking there's a free lot right in front of the studio, so no garage and no meter to watch. Pull in and walk to the door.
Winter Park's sports are core sports. Crew on the chain of lakes, sixteen courts at Azalea Lane, six shaded miles of the Cady Way Trail, and a paddleboard off Dinky Dock. Every one of them asks the same thing: hold your position while everything else moves.
So does our machine. If you've rowed here, you already know the feeling: a sliding seat, and a core doing the real work. Strength is built over time, and under tension. (Training for a race? Start with Run Stronger: how [solidcore] builds the strength behind every stride.) And whatever stage you're training through (pregnancy ⋅ postpartum ⋅ coming back from an injury), our coaches will meet you where you are.
Leading the Winter Park team is Malori Derouanna, the studios Head Coach and Community Manager. Malori has been part of the [solidcore] community for over six years, first as a member herself, and now as Winter Park’s Head Coach & Community Manager. With over two years of experience in boutique fitness management and coaching, she loves developing coaches, creating an amazing member experience, and bringing people together. She’s so excited to build the Winter Park community and meet you under the blue lights.
Never taken [solidcore] before? Book a Starter50, our beginner-focused format that breaks down the machine and the movements at a slower pace. Here's the full guide to choosing your first class. Fair warning: your muscles will shake. That's not a bug. It's the whole point, and here's the science behind it. Once you're hooked, here's how often to come back.
