Training consistently and want more? This guide shows the signs you are ready for advanced [solidcore] classes, what to expect, and how to book with confidence.

[solidcore]’s advanced classes offer a next-level experience for seasoned participants who are ready to test their strength, endurance, and mental focus. In this article, we’ll help you assess whether you’re ready to level up, what to expect in these advanced formats, and how to prepare.

Wondering if advanced classes are right for you? We recommend them for clients who have attended class at least twice per week over the past 3+ months.

Understanding the [solidcore] class structure

Before diving into advanced classes, it's important to understand the foundation of [solidcore]. Our core workout utilizes slow and controlled movements scientifically designed to break down muscles to failure so they build back [stronger].

The combination of low-impact, high-intensity movements taxes your muscles to the point of fatigue, creating micro-tears that rebuild stronger over time. You’ll challenge your core strength, stability, balance, and endurance in each session.

New clients typically start with Starter50 – our intro to [solidcore] — or Foundation50, which builds your basics. As you get more used to the workout, you’ll advance to Signature50: Full Body, our signature class, and start specializing with Focus50, which targets combinations of select muscle groups each time, like core, upper body, lower body, and obliques. You might also try Power30, our express, 30-minute classes. These classes are designed to challenge all fitness levels while allowing for modifications.

Over time, as your strength and confidence grow, you may want to seek the added challenge of our advanced formats.

Are you ready for an advanced [solidcore] class? Here are some signs.

Our advanced classes include layered resistance, increased tempo complexity, and new challenges to familiar formats. Here are some key indicators that you may be ready to try an advanced [solidcore] class:

You maintain good form under fatigue.

Even when your muscles shake, you can stay mentally focused and keep your alignment correct.

Your core stability has significantly improved.

You can maintain a strong, stable core even during advanced plank variations, lunge series, or oblique movements.

You feel comfortable adjusting springs and modifying transitions quickly.

In advanced classes, transitions happen faster and require confidence with spring changes.

You recover well from standard classes.

You're no longer extremely sore for days after your regular classes and feel ready to handle greater intensity.

You’ve completed at least 50-100 [solidcore] classes.

Consistent practice builds the muscle memory, strength, and machine familiarity that advanced classes require.

You crave a higher level of challenge.

It’s all about mindset! You're motivated to push past plateaus and explore your physical limits.

What is [solidcore] Advanced50?

[solidcore] currently offers two advanced classes: Advanced50 and Advanced65.

Advanced50 is a 50-minute class designed for experienced clients who have mastered the foundations. This elevated version of our signature [solidcore] class takes everything you already love – slow, controlled resistance training that pushes muscles to failure – and turns the dial way up. Here’s what makes it different:

Not sure if you're ready? We recommend Advanced50 for clients who:

Advanced50 isn’t about perfection, but about managing fatigue while maintaining form under greater stress. You’ll feel a huge sense of accomplishment after completing this class!

What is [solidcore] Advanced65?

Advanced65 is a 65-minute class that extends the traditional format for those seeking maximum challenge.

Advanced65 is designed for clients who are very familiar with the machine, the terminology, and who have conditioned their bodies to handle prolonged strain.

The extra 15 minutes typically allow for more thorough work across all muscle groups, including core, lower body, obliques, and upper body.

How is Advanced50 different from Advanced65?

Advanced50 is an intense, fast-paced challenge for 50 minutes. It focuses more on physically demanding and quick transitions. Advanced65 is a 65-minute class that helps you achieve more time under tension, focusing more on strategic muscle pairings.

*Note that many clients actually find Advanced50 harder than Advanced65 – in Advanced50, you’ll face more challenging exercises and consistent team challenges.

Who should avoid advanced [solidcore] classes (for now)?

You may not be ready for advanced classes yet, and that’s okay. It takes time to build up to a level where you feel comfortable – and your body is ready – to face the challenge of advanced classes. Whatever [solidcore] class you take, you’ll see incredible transformations, both physically and mentally.

You may want to wait to try advanced classes in these cases:

It’s perfectly okay to stay with [solidcore]’s Signature50 class until you feel fully ready. The goal of [solidcore] is sustainable progress, not rushing ahead too quickly.

Final thoughts: Listen to your body

[solidcore] is a personal journey. Advanced50 and Advanced65 offer incredible challenges for those who are ready, but it’s important to approach them with respect for your body and realize that it’s not about rushing to a “finish line”, but about the journey.

When you do step into your first advanced class, you’ll likely surprise yourself with how far you’ve come – and feel more empowered than ever to keep growing stronger.
