Tips and Tricks for Getting Off the [solidcore] Waitlist

Trying to snag a spot in a fully booked [solidcore] class through the [solidcore] waitlist? We got you. With these tips, your chances of getting in are better than you might think.

We’ve rolled out a new waitlist text feature that makes it easier than ever to claim your spot. If someone cancels within 10 hours of class time, and you're opted into SMS notifications, you'll receive a text message letting you know a spot has opened. Just reply to the message to grab it - first come, first served. The waitlist has always operated on a first come, first served basis during the 10 hour window, but with this new feature, you’ll be able to quickly claim the spot through text allowing for more flexibility to book in.

How Does the Waitlist at [solidcore] Work?

If you’re eager to get into class, add yourself to the waitlist. You’d be surprised how many cancellations happen within the 30 minutes before class starts.

And don’t worry - your credit isn’t used until you're officially added to the class.

Here’s how it works:

• When a class is full, you’ll see a “Waitlist” option in the [solidcore] app instead of “Book.” Tap it to join the line.

• If a spot opens more than 10 hours before class, you’ll be automatically enrolled if you are next in line and sent a confirmation email.*

• If a spot opens within 10 hours of class, the waitlist becomes first come, first served. You'll receive a text message asking if you’d like to join when a spot opens up. From there, just reply to claim your spot - or book it in the app.

By joining the waitlist, you’re confirming that you’re available and ready to attend if a spot opens. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist at least 10 hours before the start of class. And remember: if you are added from the waitlist, our standard cancellation policy still applies.

If you don’t make it into class, the credit will remain in your account for future use.

Important Reminder About [solidcore] Class Swaps

Please note: class swaps are not permitted within the 10-hour window before class. If you're already booked for one class and waitlisted for another on the same day, getting off the waitlist does not automatically cancel your original booking. You will still be subject to the late cancellation policy for the original class if you do not attend or cancel it in time.
